Mommy & Me (0–6 Months)
Those first six months are a lot. Beautiful and intense and full of so many feelings all at once. This group is your space to breathe, connect, and find your rhythm alongside other moms who are right there with you.
Every other week, you'll hear from local experts about maternal mental health, infant feeding, sleep, recovery, bonding, and everything in between. You'll also have plenty of time to share what's actually going on for you. The real stuff, not the highlight reel.
This is a judgment-free space. However you're feeding, sleeping, soothing, or figuring it all out, you belong here.

Mommy & Me (6–12 Months)
Six months to a year is a wild ride. Your baby is on the move, and everything is changing fast. This group is your space to connect with other moms as you navigate crawling, first foods, sleep regressions, separation anxiety, and all the big milestones happening right now.
Every other week, you'll hear from local experts about infant feeding and starting solids, sleep and routines, returning to work, relationships, and everything in between. You'll also have plenty of time to share what's real for you. The questions, the surprises, the moments when you're not sure if you're doing it right.
This is a judgment-free space. Your choices are yours, and we've got your back.

Meets: Tuesdays at 9:30am-11:00am
Mommy & Me (1–2 Years)
One to two is a whole new world. Your little one is walking, talking, testing boundaries, and becoming their own little person. This group is your space to connect with other moms as you navigate toddlerhood, big feelings, picky eating, tantrums, and all the joys and challenges that come with this stage.
Every other week, you'll hear from local experts about toddler nutrition, sleep and boundaries, managing behaviour, parenting as a team, and everything in between. You'll also have plenty of time to share what's real for you. The wins, the hard days, the moments when you're wondering if this is normal.
