Postpartum Yoga
Honoring the self during this time is not indulgent; it is essential.
Motherhood is not a return—it is a becoming. The postnatal journey reshapes the body, the nervous system, and one’s sense of self in ways that extend far beyond the early weeks after birth. Guided by Anastasiia du Hoffmann, a yoga teacher and mother, this postnatal yoga and meditation practice welcomes women at every stage of that path—whether you are newly postpartum or many years into motherhood.
Shaped by lived experience and deep listening, Anastasiia’s gentle, intuitive approach offers intentional movement, breath, and guided meditation as tools for turning inward—to notice what the body carries, what the heart needs, and what has shifted within. This practice supports healing, awareness, and reconnection, both physically and emotionally, without expectation or urgency to “bounce back.”
This is a quiet, nourishing space to slow down, to rest, and to meet yourself with compassion and respect. Held with presence rather than perfection, your experience is valid, your pace is honored, and your evolving self is welcomed—exactly as you are.
