At The Village, we have several International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) passionately dedicated to supporting parents through every step of their baby's feeding journey. These highly skilled professionals offer far more than just basic advice; they bring extensive knowledge and experience to the table.

Lactation Consultant - Milk + Honey Lactation
Brittanie Sutton, IBCLC
Helping families feed their babies is my passion! After struggling with my own feeding journey, I was driven to change lactation support in Delaware. My goals as an IBCLC are to educate expecting families about breastfeeding, make care accessible, and overcome financial barriers by accepting insurance. Lack of access to lactation care is a healthcare crisis. I am passionate about oral function, flange fitting, and helping working mothers succeed in breastfeeding.

Lactation Consultant - Milk + Honey Lactation
Caroline Ecker, RN, IBCLC
Hi! Im Caroline, registered nurse, international board certified lactation consultant and the title I wear most proudly, mom to three awesome kiddos. With that I know firsthand how important it is to have support as a mom — especially when it comes to breastfeeding!

I began my nursing career in pediatrics where I witnessed many families struggle through their breastfeeding journey. After a very difficult nursing journey with my seconds son I knew I had to give back. In 2020, I went with my gut and became an IBCLC so I could offer that extra support to moms when they need it most.

I love helping new moms navigate their feeding journey, meet their goals, and feel empowered through all of the challenges breastfeeding can bring. Mostly, I love leaving families with a sense of peace that everything is going to be OK. If you’re looking for tangible help and real reassurance, then I’m your girl!

Lactation Consultant - Milk + Honey Lactation
Kesha Woolford, RN, IBCLC
My name is Kesha Woolford. I’m an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a background as a NICU Registered Nurse. I’m the proud owner of Milk Vibes Only Lactation, LLC. Additionally, I serve as a Lactation Consultant at a local hospital within the Women and Children’s Department as well as a contractor with Milk+Honey Lactation and Infant Feeding. Supporting families through their infant feeding journeys isn’t just what I do — it’s truly who I am.
When I’m not supporting families, you can find me spending time with family and friends, traveling, crafting, planning events, or constantly sending my husband home renovation ideas! We are the proud parents of two energetic boys who definitely keeps us on our toes — boy moms, you already know!
What fills my heart most is seeing that moment of relief from families— the smile after overcoming a breastfeeding challenge, the confidence that comes when things finally click, or the joy of parents waking up refreshed after a much-needed night of rest after using our overnight infant support. I love helping families feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I’m Kesha Woolford, and I’m here to support your feeding journey — however that looks for you and your family. Let’s create those “milk vibes only” moments together!
