CranioSacral Therapy (CST)
Gentle Touch for Deep Healing
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method that supports your body's natural ability to heal. Using light touch, practitioners work with the craniosacral system, the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect your brain and spinal cord, to release tension and restore balance.
At The Village, Kamila Stawniak brings her expertise in CST to support families through pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood. This gentle approach can enhance the functioning of your central nervous system and support your overall well-being.
