Feelings Rock with Ms. Taylor
On the second Friday of each month, join Ms. Taylor, of Feelings Rock for a social-emotional movement and music class! These classes are perfect for newborns through age five, and their caregivers. Participants will learn how to recognize, express and cope with emotions, engage in fun learning activities and promote a healthy body with movement!
Dance Classes with Continuum Dance
Our offerings for young movers are designed to nurture creativity and physical expression in a fun and relaxed environment. Classes facilitate participants to explore their imagination while moving intentionally through a shared space with others. Dance/ballet attire and shoes are not required, but are welcome.
Mess Makers Sensory Class
Dress for mess and get ready for a sensory adventure like no other! Designed for children aged 5 months and up (but all ages are welcome), this hands-on class lets kids dive into a world of textures, colors, and sounds through engaging sensory play activities. From squishy, gooey fun to tactile exploration, each activity is crafted to stimulate your child’s senses and foster creativity.
But it’s not just about the mess—it's about learning and connecting! Caregivers will leave with valuable tips and tricks for creating sensory play opportunities at home, helping to continue the fun and developmental benefits long after class ends.
